Cathy Stucker has been a mystery shopper since 1995. She is the presenter for the MSPA’s Gold Certification Workshops and has taught thousands of people to become successful professional shoppers. This is the only book for mystery shoppers endorsed by the Mystery Shopping Providers Association.

Mystery Shopping Made Simple by Ilisha S. Newhouse

Dr. Ilisha S. Newhouse has been mystery shopping since 1997. She is on the NCPMS Board of Education and also teaches a popular course on mystery shopping in local community colleges.
